Q. How do I enter a competition?
A. Boneo Park accepts online entries only, there is a link to enter on each event page.

Q. What is your refund policy of entry fees?
A. Boneo Park will issue a full refund less a $20 admin fee before close of entries. Once entries have closed a vet or medical certificate must be provided within seven days of the event for a 50% refund of entry fees.

Q. What is your refund policy on stables?

All stable cancellations up until three days prior to the event will be issued with a full refund less $20 admin fee. All cancellations within the three days prior to the event will only be refunded less the $20 admin fee if the stable can be reallocated with the assistance of the Organising Committee. For assistance please contact Boneo Park via email.

No stable refund will occur once the event has started. For biosecurity, you must clear any stabling changes with the Event Office.



Q. What does the facility fee cover?
A. The facility fee covers the costs associated with running events. This includes surface maintenance, manure and rubbish removal, ongoing structure costs and the costs associated with all the facilities. A yard is also included, however if you wish to reserve one you need to book it online with your entries.

Q. Does Boneo Park have somewhere I can purchase food from at the event?
A. Yes the Retreat Cafe is open for all events, see the cafe tab on our website for more details.

Q. Do I have to be a certain level to compete at Boneo Park
A. No many of our competitions have classes for beginners and children through to top level riders.

Q. Can I stay overnight with my horse at the event?
A. Yes we have yards, stables, powered and unpowered campsites. Book with entries.
